I had the privilege to shoot a video for the upcoming new platform called ¡Brava¡ and help educate others about AfroLatinx’s!
I am a proud AfroLatina, Blatina, Blackarican and I got to share my experience as one, as well as discuss topics that aren’t well-known since for years, the only type of Latinas you’d see on tv were the Telemundo and Univision type… a.k.a. the whiter/European Latina, which doesn’t fully represent the actual Latinx population.
It was produced by Ana Bretón, and I’m excited to share a few images with you from the shoot. I’ll keep you posted when the video comes out!
